What's the charging rate used on Pila chargers?

Hello Bill,

The Pila charger is rated 4.6 v and 1.5 amps x 2.

So it's 750mAh x 1 and charges a 168s in two hours? Their site states three hours charge time so one could be as high as 1800mAh and that looks like 600mAh x 1.
