PIN entry with MOFF

I've watched the YouTube videoa and timing my clicks exactly as they do but the red led beacon just mocks me, never get a voltage readout or programming mode. The only difference in my light from the videos is that my primary LEDs never turn on during the pin entry sequence. This is my first BOSS and first attempt at PIN entry but I've been at this all morning...am I missing something?

Sorry for the difficulty. The only pin that flashes all LEDs together is the 4 pin. This is also the easiest PIN to enter, so a good place to start.

It took longer than I'd like to admit, but I got it. The final pause before letting go can't be too long apparently - thought for sure I was timing it exact to the video but when I let go sooner it works. Thanks for taking the time to reply, love this switch it's the best I've ever used and now glad I can use it to it's potential!
