please battery help

hi all very new to this i have just got a crelant 7g5cs i love it but i think i have got very poor batts it did not last long at all and my main concern was it was flashing now is that a indicator that the batts are dying???? thanks andy

Most likely you are going to have to invest in a pair of 18650 batteries as this light can eat them up fast at around 900 lumens

im ordering PANASONIC NCR 18650 A Li-Ion 3100mAh 3.6V they will arrive soon . but im still needeing to no if the flashing is normal thanks

it was flashing 9 times every time it was turned on then it died ????

I don't know this light but repeated flashing from experience means low voltage warning.
In your case I'd advice quality PROTECTED cells since it sounds like you're new to li-ions and you probably let your cells discharge way below the allowed threshold, hence ruined them.
Familiarize yourself with the do's and don'ts of li-ions before you hurt yourself or anyone else.
