Anybody tried these? Would love to hear your thoughts...
Have a 97 Dodge 3/4-ton flatbed with faded stock single-bulb headlights that are completely useless and all-too-often have me guessing where the edge of the road is. The only real lighting upgrade for these trucks appears to be the later-model 2nd gen sport headlights, which are not cheap ($200-$400, depending on aftermarket or OEM). Instead of spending several hundred dollars to upgrade to halogen lights from a 12 yr-old truck design, I would rather upgrade to newer tech auxiliary driving lights with a proper low-beam pattern.
So, think these would provide a proper low beam with the bulb cover, or are they more of a fog beam?
