Polarion battery problem

I have a polarion ph40 with two batteries and one of them went totally dead sometime ago. I stored it fully charged during 4 months and when I put it back in the flashlight it wouldn't do anything : it was completely dead. I tried to charge it with the polarion charger to no effect. Does anyone know a way to resurrect these batteries ?

Did you buy the PH40 brand new? If so I would have a chat with Ken.

If you bought it used, then I would suspect the dead battery was nearing the end of its life. What kind of runtimes were you getting before the battery went kaput?
