Portable flood light with long runtime

I'm looking for a decent flood light with 2-4 hours runtime, so a larger light is fine for my purposes. I'm thinking multiple 18650's would be ideal.

I'd like a wide, floody beam like that of a headlight or mule. A 90 degree or tilt design would be nice.

It doesn't need to be extraordinarily bright, but being a flood beam, the more the better. Around 200 OTF lumens would be fine.

I'm not very concerned with the UI or brand, although I'd like to stay under $100.

The zebra lights can come in a floody version and can be used as a headlamp, or not.

You have humble demands at 200 lumens, if u want the option of a more powerful flood light the TN30 is a popular choice. Because then if you lower it's output down to 200 lumens it'll run forever (3 18650s)

Thanks, that TN30 looks like it might be a really great light, unfortunately its quite a bit outside my budget for this project. I'd really like to be closer to $80 ideally, a bit more if its got tilt/angle features.

As for the Zebralights, the model that looks like it might satisfy my requirements is the H600 but I was hoping someone made a cheaper, possibly lower brightness version?

the zebra h600's were out of stock last time i checked. a new h600 model is supposedly coming out in the fall. I am waiting. I have a zebra sc600 mk II & it is has excellent flood even though I do not have a flood or neutral version. to me everything is floody after surefires. zebra 600 has three levels of brightness & each level is user selectable. compact cool white light with good runtimes on 1x 18650. some people complain about tint but I only have tint issues with white walls so that is a non-issue for me.

one option for a wall of light is a Nitecore TM26. a bit pricy & not a pocket light but shorter than a TN30.

Malkoff MD2 turnkey with hi/low switch. You can use 1 18650 for long runtimes, although the 2xcr123 isn't bad. On sale now.

I think that DX.com has some angle head ultrafire lights that might meet your "cheaper" requirements. I've read that quality may be a bit of a crap shoot though.

You may also consider having one of the custom guys build you a p60 dropin mule.

I think that a surefire minimus is pretty floody, maybe look for a used one in the marketplace.

^ Good idea about getting a P60 mule dropin. You can get a Solarforce host for about $15 and then a mule dropin from Nailbender or Vinhnyguyen540.
