What type of led is this? Luxeon III ?

Its a 3w Amber on kaidomain for 2.99 a pop! I am buildin a strobe for my car and want to buy about 6 but im not sure about buying a reflector for it, i need an ellipse lense for best use on the side of the road.

My current strobe bar is made out of

4 Cree P4's
2 750ma Driver's (1 per side)
1 ChangChung Flasher

Same design exept 2 P4's Each side w/ yellow gel's
