Went to the Post today and a couple of packages were waiting for me. The first had a SL TL-3 LED (Thanks sslavers!) and wow is it bright and white. Of course the first thing I did was flash myself in the eyes with it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohgeez.gif Oops, my first 5 watter ooww.... a half an hour later I could still see the faint after image of the four dies in the centre of my vision. Cool. The second was an ARC AAA turquiose and I haven't stopped fooling with it since. What an amazing little light, too bad it's not natural Ha III like my limited edition. My wife thinks i've fallen off the deep end running around the house with the lights off and a half a dozen flashlights in my hands. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

My better half told me yesterday that I wouldn't need the flashlights around the house if I would just turn on the regular house lights. I don't think she gets it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hmm.. think this calls for a 'simulated power failure' in order to prove our point!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
