Power multiple 18650 lights from car battery.

Hey, I want to run 2 Convoy s2s off my car battery. What would be the simplest way to do this? I don't mind hooking them up to the battery directly (12V) or powering them from the cig lighter (5V).

If I wired the lights straight from the cig lighter, would the 0.8V increase from 4.2 V be too much for them? It seems like that would be to easy.
