Power/quality ratings for types of LED's??

There seems to be an endless amount of types of led emitters on flashlights. Does anyone have a general numbered rating sheet for the brightness of the types of leds. Cree, luxeon, 1watt 3 watt, p4, q5 and many other types in between???:sigh:
