A while back in 2009 I bought 2 new NiMH PowerEx batts off Servaas here in Australia and also to say thankyou Jeff for your great service
Anyhow one of my 9V NiMH PowerEx batts was low and I decided to recharge it, btw I also bought the Powerex charger for it as well from Servaas.
I decided to re-charge the flat or low volt battery and the thing is, it took for ages and ages to charge, over 6 hrs. I know as a fact it normally takes between 2 and 3 prob 4 at most but rarely. I had both batts in the charger (the charger takes up to 4 batts), one completed the cycles or charge in a mere 2hrs and the other one just kept charging i.e the LED just stayed red on the charger, by rights one charged it turns green.
Now at 16.20hrs I took the batt off (gave up finally) and decided to test it with my multimeter, funny how it showed 11.5 volts. So I am bit confused to whats happening here.
The batt showed up well on the meter, yet again the LED on the charger never turned to green
