Powerful Carry Light

I'm looking for a light around $50 or less that must have the following qualities

-More than 200 Lumens
-200+ meters beam distance
-Belt Clip
-Around 6 inches or less
-Battery life of 2+ hours
-Slim design with no bulkiness.
-Different Modes (High, Low, Strobe)
-It would be nice, but not necessary, to have flood to spot capability.
-Looks Cool :)

I'm hoping to be able to carry it on my side or possibly in a pocket. The Fenix PD32 caught my eye, but I was hoping not to spend so much, but I might have to given my requirements.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I have a Quark XML light, and it has very short throw. Lots of flood though. OP says he's looking for "200+ meters beam distance", so I don't think XML is good for him.

JMHO, of course.

PD32 is a good choice. I have a Fenix PD31 (modified with forward-clicky), and it throws very well, and it's powerful (315 rated lumens). Plus, the PD32 can use 18650 battery OR CR123. I just checked Amazon and I see the light for ~$55, which is a dang good deal IMHO....

^^ You're right... I must have spaced the throw requirement. Any of the slimmer Quarks, regardless of emitter, are on the floody side anyway.
