Powerizer Lithium Iron Battery

Got a couple this week to test out. I put one in my Fenix E01 used it yesterday for about 5 minutes. I got up this morning decided to check it out since I have read a lot about malfunctions here. I unscrewed the head heard a mild poof coming from the battery tube. I removed the battery it looked normal. I left it out for now until I find out if this normal or not. Thanks!
