Program to manage MP3?

So here is the situation, I have a 2GB SD card in my cellphone, I want to fill it with 1.5G of MP3 and leave 500mb for other storage like photo and video. Are there any program that can select random MP3's from my music folder, and transfer certain amount of them (1.5G) onto the usb drive (phone)?

I think he wants a randomizer to do it for him.

A quick google search for "mp3 randomizer" should give you what you want.
