Protected Lithium Ion Woos

I recently invested in some protected li ion 10440's and 16340's from DX.... they don't fit, even though the lights are supposed to take them. It is a lenth issue. Are other prot. cells like AW enough shorter to work? I'm kind of bummed because they are sooooo light weight!

So what am I doing wrong?

Basically, I need the PCB to charge right? Ultrafire charger from DX.

The AW 16340 protected cells that I had were the correct length and were almost the same length as Surefire CR123A primary cells.

As you can see, the Trustfire 16340 cells were a little bit longer. That was not an issue with my lights, but for some it is, as you've discovered.
