Provenance cards

Having been in a buying/selling frenzy lately and bought back an Arc4+ second I'd sold off, it occurred to me that it might be interesting to attach a little card with things you sell. Then every buyer would sign their name on it when they sold it. Wouldn't it be cool to see where/who things get passed around to?

i often mark items i repair inside.
i recently bought a zenith 12s232 at a flea market and dicovered i had serviced it in december 78.
found out that the lady i fixed it for and also mowed grass,shoveled snow ect for had recently passed away.
it would be interesting to see how many hops an item makes in its lifespan.
