Quad - Seoul Aleph III

I finally made use of an Aleph III that I had not been using. I used 4 Mcr16s's and 4 Seoul U2 bins from ROK wired in series to a Shark. I had planned on using a Blue Shark for this build but it was not working correctly. Luckily I had an extra regular shark that was meant for another build. I made the heatsink by hand and it transfers the heat the to bezel nicely. I used all scrap metal again for the heatsinks.

- 4 X Seoul U2 Bins
- 4 X McR16S Reflectors
- Shark Converter
- Handmade Heatsink

Parts.
The NICE Round stock was not used. I found that other ugly plug of aluminum while riding my bike, it fits nicely. I'm glad I kept it:thumbsup: After a little sanding it was perfect for what I needed. The Main LED Heatsink was cut from 3/16 aluminum plate and handformed on a beltsander. Both heatsinks fit tight and fit against the bezel to transfer heat efficiantly, which it does well .

I told you I use everything:shrug: If the size is right, I use it!

I was VERY lucky in finding all the parts and getting them to fit together. I have a feeling next time around it will be cleaner. Now that I've been able to use it I like the beam. It has surprising throw for such small reflectors.
