HELP!!!
The lens on my Quark 123x2 is loose (again). It had came loose before and I noticed a rattle when changing the batteries, contacted 4sevens, sent it in.
Got it back early in October. I just went to swap out a 17670 and heard the rattle again.......
yep, lens is loose again.
In my first time contacting 4sevens, they told me to send it in and there was nothing that I could do to tighten the lens that would not void the warranty, so I sent it, 2 months after I got it back, same problem.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Should I send it back again or just continue to carry it this way and try to avoid water and keep from :poof:
