comes with a light orange peel reflector resulting in a floodier hotspot with good transition to the spill. No you can't choose a different reflector, but you can purchase a turbo head for longer throw, haven't felt the need to do this as it seems to take away from the EDCability of the light. Perhaps someone who has tried it can chime it...
