Question for all SureFire E-series Owners

I am new to CPF so please forgive me if this is in the wrong place, etc. I recently bought a SF E1B and discovered that the clicky switch isnt very clicky, it is hard to press in. Does anyone have the same issue? I have 3 other E-series lights and I know this is not how the switch should be. I tried e-mailing SureFire and got no resoonse. What should I do?
