I would like to apologise for the long delays on orders at InReTECH

We were completely OVERWHELMED with orders on Christmas - it completely emptied our stock and left some customers without products; for that I am sorry - I ordered extra stock looking forward to Christmas; but I was not prepared for the mad-rush of orders

I even paid $100 out of my own pocket to get things shipped overnight/priority so that some customers would get their products in time for Christmas - I am sorry if Santa didn't get my products for some customers

Then our suppliers shut down from Christmas to a little after the new year

The assembly house that we had been using kept making promises after promises about production - they cost us almost an entire month of time; we fell behind orders since we believed that they would come thru; so we had to shift over to a new production house which takes time to get them trained and setup

They are also going to handle the packing and shipping as well; we are working on the details to get the webpage to send orders directly to them for same day shipment when we get our new webpage up and running with a modular ordering system

I please ask for your patience; things are going to be changing for the better.

The credit-cards are not billed until shipment

The webpage says that your card is billed, but actually - its not; the funds are ready to be transferred to our merchant account only on shipment

I have ordered 3x LEDs more than I have ever ordered before, we will have stock and products ready to ship on the same day as orders soon

Pedalinbob, I've had my order in since Dec. 16. Mike assured me that the order will go out by Friday, Tomorrow. 3 cyan that I bought mags @ Target sale for Christmas gifts. Oh well maybe Birthday gifts?
I'm looking forward to the cyan, haven't tried them before. I really like the white on lithiums. Hope I like the cyans equally well. Brighter light is not always nicer.

i didnt intend to slam Mike or inretech!

i had e-mailed him, and hadnt had a reply, so i posted here.

im sure the guy is swamped, and as stated before, i look forward to having one of his mods. i dont want anyone to think that i am upset...im just anxious! i think it will be a fantastic little light.

regarding the "double charge" statement: i have many times been double charged accidentally, so i make it a habit to check statements carefully.
i was concerned because the e-mail response stated i was charged, and Mike stated i would be charged when product ships.

no biggie...

The CYAN is a really neat color; its one of my favorites; its fun to show it to someone and see what they say - most people say "GREEN" and then I turn on my GREEN flashlight and then they are confused

I have one flashlight for each of our colors its nice to be able to show off everyone without having to swap adapters

I recently tested all of them with the Spectrometer and wrote the wavelength down in nm on each one (Except White, nm is meaningless)

We now offer two combo kits with all of the 2AA products, either adapters alone or complete with flashlights - you save about 10% on the set; get them all - amaze your friends

Is there an amber adapter? They're in the list, but not on the order form.

Amber's not white, but I like it better than red/orange, and I imagine it would perform better with NiMHs or alkalines than white or cyan.

InReTECH is now shipping again (finally)

We shipped out several CYAN orders today and
Eric; yours was ONE of them (Taa-Daa)

Our new assembly house will be shipping as many orders as they have stock for EVERY Weekday; shipping will be on a regular basis instead of the previous timing

In the last two weeks, I have ordered over $2500 worth of LEDs/Lenses; so backorders will quickly be filled; we will have STOCK

We had a terrible time full of empty promises from our last production house, after nearly a month - we decided to call it quits with them and goto this new house - which by the way is 7x closer than the one we were using; they have just hired another person this week to work on our product

I please ask for everyones patience; we were totally unprepared for the Christmas MADNESS; and were almost put out of business by that production house that we put our faith in

Mike, quick question, what color are the flashlights in your assembled units? Do you have a variety of case colors to choose from?

Can't wait, I just ordered a complete set of 2AA adapters last night/this morning. Should keep my 3 Minimags occupied, and give me something new to try with my LiIon AAs. Mike was very quick to respond to my emails, and there were quite a few back and forth...

We have a good selection of case colors to choose from:

) Black (Good old standard)
) Red
) Green (Or sometimes called JADE)
) Blue
) Purple
) Silver
) Bronze (or Grey)

When you order an assembled flashlight or set, please email [email protected] to specify the case color(s) of your flashlight(s) since our webpage does not have the ability to accept that information

If no information is given, we will randomly select the case color(s) for you

The complete set of adapters or assembled flashlights is a very nice thing to have, since you can choose and play with all the colors

I personally have my set as:

White -> Silver
Red -> Red
Red/Orange -> Red
Green -> Green
Cyan -> Cyan
Blue -> Blue
Deep Blue -> Blue
Amber -> Bronze

As I stated in the previous posting, our new assembly house will be shipping EVERY weekday to get the orders filled instead of our once a week/every other week that we were doing before

That production company in Vancouver nearly put us out of business with their promises; they just got a new manager as I was leaving - but I told him "too late"; our new production company is MUCH closer and MUCH more responsive
