hi all!
Am I correct that standard flashlight construction process is anodizing and then recutting the bare metal parts?
or are these areas protected in a way during the ano process?
i.e. Solarforce L2 has the inside of the battery tube anoed, but module socket and threads are bare metal.....
And it all ends to this question.....why do manufacturers chose to have bare threads, sacrifising the Lock-out feature?
Just for not having stupid clients calling with the "my flashliht won't work" statement?
