Recently lost a Haiku so mulling over a replacement. Two options are the Lapha and Deltas models from Dark Sucks. Size not an issue I think as I would get the spare parts to allow each to be run on both 18350 and 18650 cells.
I had a couple of BOSS and was it that impressed - killed 2(') but still use the E-series head. It’s OK. I like some throw.
If anyone has had both Ikd be very interest3d. The Alpha seems a long torch but the Shorty option for EDC and regular body for long walks seems doable
Alternatively I see what Don is offering nowadays, be it Haiku or the twisty. I LOVED rubbing my thumb along the lightsaber-esque head but in my heat, the LOW is nowhere near low enough. Alpha and Delta both go to 0.5 lumen so that’s a benefit. Are these are Californian option as a Haiku replacement?
