If a LiIon (cobalt chemsitry) is being discharged at a 1/1.1C rate, and the circuit is opened exactly when the cell reaches 3.4V (under load, obviously), how much charge is still left in the cell, and what resting voltage can I expect it to reach after I let it sit for a while?

Thanks.

Hello Fallingwater,

I think you will end up using about 80% of your total capacity and the cell should rebound to around 3.7 volts.
