Quick NiteCore i2 question?

I just purchased one of these. I am totally new to lights and battery technology. Is it possible to charge Eneloop AA batteries in this charger? Thanks in advance for the help!

That's quite a generous statement - i2 doesn't follows recommended charging profile for NiMH's, so it only works well with new, strong cells.
