Unfortunately we've lost another one. He passed away today in his home in El Paso. Cause of death is pending.

It was odd discovering that he was nothing like the character he became famous for.

Quiet, reserved, introspective, soft-spoken. Complete opposite of George Jefferson.

He was a great comedic actor with a good sense of timing. RIP sir.

Of course I never met the guy, but from what I could tell he seemed like a good dude. He wasnt the person he portrayed in the Jeffersons in real life. Thats a shame.
