Well...the name has, at least. According to reports from the field the individual cells don't tend to last that long before conking out.

I have a bunch of these (both AAA and AA cells) purchased before the price was inexplicably raised (gggrrrrrrrrr) and I haven't had a lick of problems. I use a Maha charger and it reports capacities very close to spec.

I purchased 16 of them when they first came out. They ALL perform flawlessly especially the 8 which reside in my TK-40.Well...the name has, at least. According to reports from the field the individual cells don't tend to last that long before conking out.

Of the 20 AAA Hybrids I have, 2 appear yo have lost their LSD capabilities for no apparent reason.

I have 4 of the AAA and 2 of them have the same problem. They can't seem to hold a charge.

It seems it is the luck of the draw on them and their performance. Thanks all for your replies. I think I am going to order them and the TK40 and se if I can blind myself admiring the quad die. I will report on the batteries after abusing them.
