Does anyone know if these Maximum Plus batteries actually are better than the "plain" Rayovac Maximum batteries? Has anyone done any tests on these batts? Thanks for any input.

There is a DIY chain in Iowa called Meynards that had 8 Maximum AAs on sale for $1.50 last week (expiration 2008).
