Hi guys,

Just purchased a TA20 and LD15 from Amazon, and so far I'm very happy with the build quality and power of these things. As you know, the TA20 takes CR123A's which is a battery I've never used before. I'm desperately looking for a proper solution to buying CR123A's, not only to be kinder to the environment but to save money as well.

I noticed my TA20 has a Digitally Regulated Output, so I assume this means I can use 3.0v/3.6v/3.7v? Also, should I be looking at 900mAh for best battery life per charge? I need some suggestions on which brand/model batteries and charger to go with? I'd like to get good charger/batteries that won't destroy my flashlight or start a fire

AW protected cells. That's the way to go. Find his sales on Marketplace. Gluck. Hit me up if you have any other questions. Welcome to CPF!

Just wondering if you could elaborate on AW Protected Cells? Not really sure what that is.

Thanks 🙂
