Re: Mega Micro HA III Black pre-pay run. Shipping!
The Mega Micro design and build is like no other. The craftsmanship, the design, the look, the feel, the sheer output, the EVERYTHING! IT IS BUILT LIKE A TANK!!! All this for a Flashlight that uses only 'ONE' CR123 cell. I have outdone myself this time and would like to offer another special run to those who have missed out on the last one.
Since the demand was so high for the limited run of the HA olive drab Mega Micro's and there were some requests to make them in black, I decided to make it a 'GO'.
Here are the specs:
T7075 aluminum
HA III 'BLACK'
Chem kote interior
AR coated mineral glass lens (2mm n thickness)
Aluminum smooth finish reflector for increased brightness
Converter - SC1500 = roughly 25 minutes regulated.
LED - Diamond Dragon - LUW W5AP-NY-5C approximately, 400 lumen light output.
Silicone o-rings
Single mode on/off twisty.
Serial number milled into body.
1 x CR123 or RCR123 rated at 3.1 volts. (DO NOT USE 3.7v)
Carrying case (included)
Titanium scalloped bezel and, key sold separately.
I would also like to offer a multi function version and here are the specs:

Converter - SC1200 with 3 levels of brightness.

Multi function twisty = 3 modes, low = 30ma, medium = 350ma, high = 1200ma.
Serial number milled into body.
1 x CR123 or RCR123 3.7v is OK to use.
Carrying case (included)
In order to make these 'BLACK' Mega Micros a reality, I would have to ask for this run to be a "pre-pay". I know many here are reluctant to do a pre-pay for the past 'losers' out there that screwed many. Let it be known that I am not one of those that take your hard earned dollars and run. It may take awhile but YOU WILL get your product.
To keep cost down, this run will be for the Diamond Dragon LED only. I am planning on making 50 with approximately 12 spares to cover any unforeseen problems that may arise from the machining, anodizing, shipping, etc. I would need at least 50 people to commit on purchasing one or two of these beauties.
Each board takes me up to 5 hours to complete. Please note that I am a one man show and I myself, hand assemble each converter individually, soldering component by component one board at a time. I do not use any pre-made converter boards.
The asking prepay price for the single mode is $360.00 and the multi function version is $385.00. This price includes worldwide EMS shipping and PayPal fees. Credit Card funded PayPal is fine. The price will go up to $400.00 ($430.00 for the multi function version) if you want one after the pre-pay. I would need at least 8 to 10 weeks to complete after the 50 commitments. If I do not get the 50 people needed, I will fund the remainder of the cost out of pocket and sell them for $400.00 ($430.00 for the multi function version) each when complete. Note: I will not refund any pre-paid money for this project. If you can't wait or change your mind, I ask that you sell your slot to someone else. Money has to be given up front to acquire the parts needed to assemble such a magnificent work of art.
This will be the last run of the Mega Micros. Jump on while for a lower price while you can.
