I have just had some custom Rebel boards delivered. The design is not a perfect match for your application as it is intended for GT-4 or RER-5 optics from Ledil. Also uses a standard FR4 substrate with Plated-Through-Holes for the heat transfer, rather than the MCPCB.

There are a few boards going spare at the moment....Send me a PM if you want more details.

I will vouch for BillyNoMates' boards. They use an interesting method recommended by Lumileds for heat transfer - pretty remarkable actually.

Hi I guess my post was not clear enough. Please see the response above by him ( CPFr BillyNoMates), and search his recent posts for a picture. He designed them himself and had them fabricated by a commercial board house, following the Lumileds recommended thermal methods, which are quite well thought out and tested.
