I like to comb the beach at nite looking for seashells. I have been using a re-chargeable Garrity S700 spotlight. The S700 is a little heavy in the hand, and the charge only lasts about 20 minutes. After years of faithful service, the S700 died last week.
I'm looking for a replacement. Ideally, I'd like something lightweight, rechargeable, and lasts at least 30 minutes between charges. Also, I'd like a beam that is 'wide' rather than 'far'. The shells are at my feet, but I need to brighten a wide area so I can see to the left and right of me.
Your suggestions are welcome. Something really bright and wide.
