rechageing batteries?

how does a cheap charger now when its done chareging nimh
batteries? i have a charger that was made for 1600 mah will it be able to fully charge 2100 mah?

It will mostly be determined by whether or not it has a timed cutoff. If not, it should charge them okay. If it does have a timed cutoff, you can simply charge it twice.

The simple explanation of how it "knows" it's done charging is that when the cell can't do anything else with the charge that it's receiving, it either spits the charge back at the charger or the extra charge becomes heat.
