Rechargeable NiMH

I have an Old Sony AA Rechargeable battery when I use my DMM it shows .88 volts should I charge it or throw it out?? This battery is 8 years old I think, I found it in my closet!

Don't bother with it. Even if it's not dead, expect the max capacity to fall under 50%. Just get some eneloops.
