I just got the xtar SP2 today from Orbtronics. I think it's the best charger made for the bigger cells since it can charge 2 cells at .5, 1, or 2A and uses the ideal algorithm for charging. They ship from Tampa, and have the best price on it and free shipping. Mine arrived from there in 3 days.

I second the Xtar SP2. I've had mine for a number of months now and I like it.

Well seeing that he's in central FL as well as Orbtronics and they have the best price on the thing. I don't even know if there are any other Chargers that charge at the 2A setting besides the SP2.
If Xtar wanted to make the masses only want buy their stuff they would make something like the SP2, but with 4 bays with independent Channels each with an independently selectable current (4 speeds so aaa size can be done as well). Also a nice status monitor with voltage. Bonus if they get it to charge LiPos as well and price it at $79.99 or less. I don't really care if it charges NiMH or NiCad, because good high capacity chargers already exist for those.

Yep, the SP2 is the way to go for IMR and higher capacity LiCo cells if you want the option of charging them quickly. I have three of these chargers. :thumbsup:
