recommend c rechargeable batteries?

i'm planning on getting the UK Light Cannon HID Dive Light and was wondering what you guys recommend for a good charger/rechargeable batteries combination?

i was aiming towards the CTA C-Size 5500mAh Ni-MH Rechargeable Batteries and the Rayovac universal nimh charger.

any feedback?

CTA 5500 are good, so are Accupower 6000mah. the Maha C808 is one of the best & fastest chargers for hi-cap C & D cells.

I'm using Energizer AA 2500mah on my UK Light Cannon. Cheaper than buy C size rechargeable batteries. Just tape the AA so it's the C size, or you can buy the adaptor AA to C.

glockboy, how long does the light last with the Energizer AA 2500mah?

i'm looking for long runtime, and the Accupower 6000mah may just be what i'm looking for.
