Recommendation for 2 flashlights

Greetings, and thanks in advance for help anyone is willing to give.

I need 2 different flashlights, both preferably taking CR123A batteries. If they don't, it's ok.

First I need a flashlight for scuba diving, capable of submerging up to 200ft+. If it could securely clip to a nylon strap situated across the chest and shine forward with a wide beam, that would be amazing.

Second, this one might be a little tricky. I need a flashlight that mounts to the SIDE (not front) of the head via headstrap or over the eat design with a cable running down to a battery pack clipped to the waist. It needs to be reasonably bright and tough. The reason for this is that I can't wear a front headlamp design while I have a splash/vapor guard on due to intense glare.

I'll be honest, I've looked around and really haven't seen much of anything that is viable.
So I figured as a last ditch effort I'd ask some hobbyists, but I'm not expecting anything.

Underwater kinetics makes dive lights, that look sharp.
i like Pelican Flashlights but I'm uncertain to what depths there good too.

You could try beefing up the water resistance of some of the common lights around here, but clickie switches will activate when under enough pressure, and twisties just don't feel as water proof. I haven't seen any waterproof angle lights yet.

Xtar has the, D02, D06, D10, and D35 dive lights, but you might have to tweak them a bit. This thread on a scuba forum has a poster who has problems with his light.
You could probably mount them on the side of your head, but there is no separate battery pack. You could have someone make a alternate body that just has two contacts and wires for a battery pack.

Thanks for the recommendations on the scuba lights, I might go with the Underwater Kinetics, seems like good quality stuff.

With regards as to the 'side of the head' light, the only thing I've found that comes close is the Steamlight sidewinder... although I'd have to build a headstrap myself that properly accommodates it, since the one they sell fits like a traditional headlamp only. Does anyone have any experience with this flashlight?
