Recommendation for a weapon / all around light?

I new here and have been reading a ton. I know there is a lot of information here on this, but quite honestly I am overwhelmed with the data and would appreciate some thoughts.

I'd like to a weapon light, or body and drop in; here are my requirements:

• Durable! My light will rattle around in the bottom of a shooting bag, glovebox, or toolbox & will hit the floor with regularity and then I need to be 100% sure it will switch on
• Batteries – I'm thinking about 18650's after researching here
• Burn time – maybe 4 hours, is that reasonable?
• Light output – I don't see myself needing more than 200 lumen unless I'm missing something. My 6P with the low bulb is bright to me as of now…
• Light type – a mix is fine, with mostly a spot. A high and low option would be kind of nice, but one setting would be fine
• Body – would like to be able to add a tactical head, remote tail switch
• Budget - $50 - $60 (is this reasonable?)

So there you are, can you give me some suggestions?
