Solarforce has a P60 dropin that does 225 lumens in RED.
You can find it under their listing for 4-18v bulbs.

Your mileage may vary, but for me, it would work out to 30 yards, but my night vision is not what it used to be.

Illuminationgear have a custom red LED option for the Eagletac T100C2, or the Eagletac P20A2 MkII can take a red dropin (same seller).
Customlites do a red XP-E version of the Solarforce M3 turbohead. I built my own, and you can shoot past 100m with this setup.
The red Solarforce dropins are nowhere near 225 lumens in my experience and lack a bit in throw unless you go to a smooth reflector and aspheric lens.
Longest throw red light would probably be the Dereelight Night Master or Xsearcher with a red pill.

My advice go to a gun shop and discuss your needs,most gun shops have hangers on so you will be spun a few good yarns but you should get some good usable advice.

The SolarForce dropin is driven at 1 amp, so it should generate 225 LED lumens. I guess out the front it will be in the 180 lumen range.
That Customelites modified M3 should throw better. They don't state what it is driven at though.
