Your question(s) can't really be answered in their current form. It's kind of like asking what sort of car you should get, or bike. There's not enough information to answer the question. So:
What, to you, are "good lights"? What sort of beam pattern do you like?
Battery or dynamo? What kind of runtime do you need? Halogen, HID, or LED? There isn't really any single right answer, because different people like very different things, but the more certain you are about what you like, the fewer questions you will have to ask As well, the answers will be more useful to you.
I would encourage you, strongly encourage you, to spend time mousing around these forums. There is an amazing amount of information free for the reading, and the more you learn, the fewer (and better) questions you will ask.
The reflector you found looks to me like a flood pattern, probably for a halogen. That's not a popular choice here, but if it works for you then all good. The 70mm housing you have is very large by bike standards, and you may find that reflector pickings for it are very thin. I don't know that last, but I would be willing to bet.
