Remote tailcap for Surefire Z2X

I'm looking for an affordable flashlight to mount on an AR15. Would like to have a remote switch so it can be used by left or right handed shooters.
Currently I have Z2X Combatlight that I could use. Wondering if either the Surefire Scout or Streamlight ProTac would work?

Any affordable suggestions? Don't really need a lot of throw and honestly I think 300 lumens is plenty...
