When I received my order from BladeMatrix a few days ago one of the knives broke when I tried to adjust the opening tension. I called them and they sent me a replacement, no charge! Granted this was a very inexpensive knife, but I appreciate the no hassle customer service. I think I'll order the Boker Magnum from them soon, looks like a interesting knife at a reasonable price.:twothumbs
