replacing LED optic??

I smoked my first flashlight LED 3 days ago. :( But it was in a cheepie so no big loss. How hard is it to replace? Looks pretty easy. Im very skilled in electronic repair and soldering. Looks like just a whole new board with optic installed swap. Any recomendations???? Thanks!

Hi Bill. Thanks. It is an Ultrafire V6-T60. Has a 16mm XML board. Think optic is rated at 800lm???
