Replating reflectors

Just looking around for somethimg to do with the new mclux pr head and this site may have some good products to plate silver gold ect. their Silvachrome™ may do very well for reflectors Silvachrome
I could spend a lot at this site what with two ageing motorcycles.

I suspect that a gold plated reflector may yield a very pleasant output from a Luxeon that otherwise would be excessively blue. I would like to see someone try a gold plated reflector [or polished solid gold if you prefer].
