Returning an ARC flashlight

I bought an LS near the end of Dec. and returned it Mid Jan. I emailed Arc and was told to just send it and a RA# was not needed. You might send a note with it stating the problem(s).

Does anyone know the proceedure for returning an light to Arc?, do I need an RMA?.

I received an LSH-P this week and would like to return it for credit. I believe this has to be done withing 10 days, am I right?.

I sent an e-mail to [email protected] earlier this week but I haven't received any reply.

I would appreciate any help
