I placed an order over a week ago now for 2 Pila 150s batteries and an AC charger. I have not only not yet received them, I have not even received any confirmation that they received my order. No shipping information, nothing. They don't even answer the phone, they have a message that does not even identify themselves.

I think I just lost $85.

Wow, Aaron, I have a short temper, but you may be in a whole new league.

Nobody is saying you received anything, only that there is more than one explanation for why you have not heard anything.

A little patience and a lot less anger probably will benefit you a lot more.

JSB WILL fix this, at least he has fixed every other problem, usually offering more than expected.

Hand on, he checks here peridically, and he will, I am sure, fix your problem.
