I want to sharea little story with you guys about Rob.
I have bought two Raw NS from Rob. One was lost/misplaced a while ago before I ever got to use it. The other one got damaged and it would no longer twist as smooth as it once did.
I wait in line at the local post office to mail it to him for repair. The lady at the counter seems pissed and tells me I'm driving her crazy and that I shouldn't insure it for what is costs(I already had told her the value) so I wont have to pay taxes on it, so I don't.
I ship it off and start to wait. Over a week goes by and I contact Rob informing him of the situation and asking him if he got it. He tells me no but there is a postal strike in the UK so I'm hopeful and I wait. More times goes by and then more.
I contact him again to see if he recieved it and he tells me no but he wants to help me and he'll sell me another at his cost(I don't remember the exact words but that's about what he said) so needless to say I jump at the chance.
I was amazed. Thank you Rob!
