S-Mini help...

I had a problem with my S-Mini switch. I tightened the retaining ring, still there. Changed the switch, still there. removed the anodizing from the threads on the body, still there. I thought the ring may not be making contact with the bottom of the body so I ground some of the material from the tailcap to close the gap. I took to much off and not I need to find another tail that fits the Mini. I tried 4sevens and Solarforce but neither fits. Even my Pocket Rocket which is almost identical in size wouldn't work.

I sent Bryan a PM over at the Marketplace but haven't gotten a reply yet.
