Does the sandwhice shoppe have completed Aleph 3's? If so are they regualted? Can i put the head of the Aleph 3 to fit my maxlite? Will it be regulated? Thanks.

The "shoppe" has carried Aleph3 Assembled lights; I have a 2 cell DB917, Aleph3 that is regulated; more info on converters can be found in the "McGizmo" stickies and FAQ's.

It is my understanding that the Maxlite can use Aleph parts; have a "bare" version ordered.

Hope this helps.

It does Help, Thanks guys!! Is the regulation Circuit inside the Head? Or in the body? Also Where are they located?? Thanks a bunch.

Mcgizmo Aleph FAQ w Pix

Aleph LE's (Light Engine) screw into head assembly.

It appears that the "Shoppe" may not have any LE's assembled, at this time,

Darrel, Chop and other modders, listed in FAQ will build LE's and they do at times appear in B/S/T.

:awman: , so the completed assemblies are not regulated? Why are they so darn Expenisve!!??

**Just noticed that Jeff and I have the exact same amount of posts

The Shoppes "Completed assemblies" are complete Aleph lights that include a regulated LE;

The Shoppe doesn't appear to have JUST assembled LE's only parts for assembly.

Take time to read the Mcgizmo FAQ and your level of understanding will become much higher!!

Here is a picture (Mcgizmos website) of an Aleph1 with all the parts, including LE (screw in with LED on top of "can"

I would PM "TrueBlue" and ask him? Let him know the Led of your present Maxlite.

We are located in Santa Clara California.

I don't list my address anywhere publically and discourage posting it online. I would love visitors, but, don't have time to really spend with visitors and thus keep our address non public.

If you would like a grand tour and are local, maybe, something can be arranged for 1 or more folks that would like to gander our homely shop.

Are there going to be more Aleph parts listed on the shoppe in the near future?

While I don't live in Ca and thus won't enquire as to a tour of the facilities, I am interested in more X bin HD45s.

Show me where I can get more X Bin LEDs and I'll build more X bin HD45s.
