Sandwich with Wizard or Downboy?

There is no plans for the Wizard to incorporate the battery contact circle that is required to make contact with the battery anode.
As for the Downboy, the current version has components on both sides and as such cannot be made into a Sammich either.
The next version of Downboy will have the copper anode contact and all the components will be on one side making it compatible for use in a psuedo sammich configuration.
It will not support the current connectors that are used by Badboy and Madmax. But, if you wire the emitter board to the converter board and epoxy fill the middle you will be able to make a sammich in this fashion.
I can't give an estimate or ETA on when the new Downboy boards will be here. Currently everything at the CM is behind schedule up to 4 weeks in some cases.
